Meaning of Abbad
Abbad is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “servant of Allah”, “worshiper of Allah”. It is derived from the AIN-B-D root which is used in many places in the Quran.
And We made them leaders guiding by Our command. And We inspired to them the doing of good deeds, establishment of prayer, and giving of zakah; and they were worshipers of Us. (Quran 21:73)
