My son has down syndrome according to the doctors. yet he looks healthy and normal. Im searching a name for him that would benefit him. so far I have seen saleem and shafi any others.

Those are good names and insha’Allah you can use them. There are also Tayyib and Salih (“good”, “wholesome”) and Saalim, which comes from the same root as Saleem and means (“whole”, “without flaw”).
