Eglall is variant of Ejlaal and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Eglall or Ejlaal, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Eglall

Eglall is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “to honor”, “to respect”, “to exalt”. It is derived from the J-L-L root which is used in a number of places in the Quran.

And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. (Quran 55:27)
