Abirah is variant of Abeira and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Abirah or Abeira, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Abirah

Abirah is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “perfume”, “saffron”. It is derived from the AIN-B-R (“to interpret”, “lesson”) root which is used in many places in the Quran.

And [subsequently] the king said, “Indeed, I have seen [in a dream] seven fat cows being eaten by seven [that were] lean, and seven green spikes [of grain] and others [that were] dry. O eminent ones, explain to me my vision, if you should interpret visions.” (Quran 12:43)
