Qaswaa [pronounced as Ira(Q) + h(U)mble + (S)mart + (W)in + sm(A)rt] is an indirect Quranic word and the name of the Prophet's camel. It means a camel that is kept away from work because it is honored and respected by its owner.
It is the feminine of Aqsa, which literally means "farthest", as in the name of al-Masjid al-Aqsa in Palestine. I have seen Qaswaa used as a name for girls, though it is rare. You can use it since it doesn't have a bad meaning.
