Hadiyya is (probably) not the same as Hadiya. Usually when romanizing Arabic words with the Latin alphabet, the double consonant is reserved for a shadda.
Therefore, I would read Hadiyya (or Hathiyya, Hadhiyya, Haziyya) as the arabic word for “gift,” which is another girl’s name.
هادية : guide, calm
هذية / هدية : gift
But of course, the proliferation of Arabic names in non-Arab, Muslim regions doesn’t mean everyone is following (or even cares to follow) the same transliteration “rules.”
