Can I use 'Mikat' as my boy name?
What is the meaning of Mikat?
Answer

I haven't seen the name Mikat in any Arabic or Islamic sources. Are you sure it is the correct pronounciation?
Maybe you meant Mishkat which means niche, a shallow recess in a wall that, in the Quranic verse (24:35), contains a lantern, a picture would make it clear:

However I have only seen the name Mishkat for girls, not for boys.
