I do not know of any Arabic or Persian name similar to Waqiha. Waqihah, pronounced [(W)ant + r(U)n] + [Ira(QI)] + [(HU)mble] and written as وَقِحَة, is an Arabic word that means a woman who is "shameless", "insolent", "nervy", "brash". This is a very bad meaning, for this reason this word is not used as a name.
