The only origin of Fabeha I can find is the Arabic expression فَبِهَا, which means "then is it fine". It is not used as a name in Arabic since it is an expression made of Fa (then) and Biha (with it), which together mean "then it it is fine", "then there is no problem with it".
But if it is a common name in your culture you can use it if you like it. It is possible that it is a name in another language, but I cannot find anything similar to it in Arabic or Persian.
As for Inshaal, there are no Arabic or Persian names like this that I know of. Some Urdu sites say it is a word that means "high status", but I cannot verify this.
