Personally I like Anayah more since its meaning of help and care is more closely related to Islam, and it is a word whose root is used in Surat al-Fatihah. I also like Raneem, however.

You can try to choose the name that is closer to your hearts. Ask yourselves this: If you were to use either of these names for something just for one hour and no more, which name would you choose? For example if you were playing a game only for one hour in which you had to choose a name for a princess. The name you choose here would probably be the one that you truly like more.

You could also try doing a survey of the baby's close relatives (aunts, uncles, grandparents) and see which name they like more. If most of them like only one of the two names, this may help you in your final decision.
