does 'aaliAH' and aaliYA have the same meaning even if they are pronounced as it is spelt . that is at the end 'aah' and 'yaa'. please say yes or no clearly.

Aaliyaa is not a name, if you pronounce it with a long "aa" in the beginning and a long "yaa" in the end, there is no Arabic name like this.
Aaliah is a name which can also be written as Aaliya and Alia. On our site the main entry for this name is Alia.
There is another name, Aliaa, which ends with long "yaa" sound, but the "A" at the beginning is a short "A", like the sound at the beginning of the English word "up".
