I have searched many places and the answer i am getting is "a sweet voice".

Raneem is an Arabic name for girls that means sweet singing voice, melodious voice. It is not a Quranic name, direct or indirect, since it is not used in the Quran and its root, R-N-M, is not used either. But since the meaning is good, it is an acceptable name for Muslim girls.
