Is Ilaha muslim name?

I want to confirm about the meaning of “Ilaha”. It’s used for girls. I read somewhere its meaning is Goddess. if it’s the correct meaning can we name a muslim girl ilaha?

Yes illaha is a muslim name it used to be my sisters name but we changed it because my parents talked to a few muslim scholars and they all said to change my sisters name. So we changed it to Layla
