The correct spelling for “Ahmed” would be: “Ahmad”

I don’t know about Ibtisam, after a quick Google search I found that it is a character from “Star-wars” and it could be feminine. And according to Wikipedia it is indeed a feminine Arabic name. So I would out of caution avoid “Ibtisam”.

And “Aayan” according to this website is a Persian name meaning “coming” or “on the way”.

I would recommend:

[Ahmad] [Fathers’ Name] [Family name]

Because then it is like Ahmad bin [son of] Fulaan [Family name].
