Answer
There is no Arabic or Quranic word that sounds like Aroush. Many sites which mention this word also mention the Arabic spelling of عروش, which is actually Oroush, not Aroush, and is the plural of the word Arsh, which means throne, kingdom.
It is possible that Aroush has a meaning in another language. As with all names, if the meaning is good you can use it.
It is possible that Aroush is a misspelling of Aroos or Arous, which means bride, beauty, most beautiful, the best in Farsi and Arabic. It is not a Quranic name but since the meaning is good Muslims can use it.
It is possible that Aroush is a misspelling or variant of the Farsi girl name Arousha, which means radiant, brilliant, intelligent, "like an angel". It is pronounced as (A)rdent + (ROO)m + (SH)ape + sm(A)rt. This is not an Islamic name but since the meaning is good you can use it.
Inara means light and guidance and comes from "Noor", it's a good Quranic name for girls.
For Eshal please see: Eshaal
Inayah means "Allah's help and support". In Surat al-Fatihah when you say "Iyyaka na'budu wa Iyyaka nasta'een", the nasta'een (we seek help and refuge in You O Allah) comes from same root as Inayah. Another version of this name is Anayah which has the same meaning. This is a good name for girls.
For Zimal see here: Zimal
For Arabic spellings:
Aroush عَروش
