Meaning of Izma
Izma is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “greatness”, “might”, “importance”. It is a shortening of the name Izmat. It is derived from the AIN-DHA-M root which is used in many places in the Quran.
Behold, I found there a woman ruling over them; and she has been given [abundance] of all [good] things, and hers is a mighty throne. (Quran 27:23)

The reference of 27:23 has adhim with “dh” (the sister of “ta”) and not “d” (the sister of “sad”) as you have given above!!!

You have spelling of Izma as عِضْمَة even though it is shortening of Izmat, which is spelt as عِظْمَت
You can see second letter is different. Is this a mistake?
Also, the direct quranic word used in the verse is Azeem, عَظِيْم. and Arabic for greatness is Aazam, and even though the first sound is ‘Aa’, and not ‘ii’ can we still derive from it Izma/Izmat and it has the same meaning?
Thanks for assistance

Quran 27:23: there’s no word with same roots. The word there has root words ع ظ م, not ع ض م.
