Jawhere is variant of Jawhar and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Jawhere or Jawhar, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Jawhere

Jawhere is an indirect Quranic name for both boys and girls that means “essence”, “precious stone”. It is the plural of Jawherea. It is derived from the J-H26-R root (visible, manifest, open, loud) which is used in many places in the Quran:

The People of the Scripture ask you to bring down to them a book from the heaven. But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, “Show us Allah outright,” so the thunderbolt struck them for their wrongdoing. Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that. And We gave Moses a clear authority. (Quran 4:153)
