Full Meaning of Maatea
Maatea means “at the pinnacle of goodness”, something extremely good and high quality. It also means tall. It is not directly mentioned in the Quran, but it comes from the M-T-AIN root which is used in the Quran, such as in 11:3 – Surat Hud, thus it is an indirect Quranic name.
Ask your Sustainer to forgive you your sins, and then turn towards Him in repentance – [whereupon] He will grant you a goodly enjoyment of life [in this world] until a term set [by Him is fulfilled]; and [in the life to come] He will bestow upon everyone possessed of merit [a full reward for] his merit. But if you turn away, then, verily, I dread for you the suffering [which is bound to befall you] on that awesome Day (Quran 11:3)
