Maima doesn't sound like any Quranic, Arabic or Farsi name I know of. Maybe the pronunciation is incorrect.
For Ehshal please see this answer: Best names among Musfirah Zarafshan Eshal Inaya Arfa Narmeen Sehrish. If you pronounce the "h" at the beginning as Ihshaal, the meaning becomes "to steal an animal", "to take over illegally" in Arabic.
