assalam alaikum can you please tell me the meaning of ZAIMAL its not zimal and if its ok for girls and also how to write in arabic it is written in books as za-ya-meem-laam za is alone and then ya meem laam is together

The spelling you mentioned, Z-Y-M-L (زيمل), doesn't exist in Arabic. To make sure I looked in all of the respected Arabic dictionaries.
However you will find the Arabic spelling of زيمل on the internet, it being the transliteration of the last name of Georg Simmel, a German sociologist and philosopher.
This is all I know about this name in Arabic. It is possible that زيمل may have a meaning in Urdu or some other language.
