Modhekir is variant of Muzakir and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Modhekir or Muzakir, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Modhekir

Modhekir is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “one who reminds people of Allah”, “one who causes people to remember Allah”. The Quran uses it to describe Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in verse 88:21.

So remind them (O Muhammad), you are only one who reminds. (Quran 88:21)
