Phaaek is variant of Fayek and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Phaaek or Fayek, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Phaaek

Phaaek is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “extraordinary”, “sublime”, “excellent”. It is derived from the F-W-Q root (to be better, above, over, superior) which is used in many places in the Quran.

The angels will appear by its sides and, on that Day, eight [angels] will bear your Lord’s throne above them. (Quran 69:17)

[Children of Israel], We made a covenant with you and raised the mountain high above you, saying, ‘Hold fast to what We have given you and bear its contents in mind, so that you may guard yourselves [against evil].’ (Quran 2:63)

The life of this world is made to appear attractive for those who deny the truth and they scoff at those who believe. But those who fear God shall be superior to them on the Day of Resurrection: God bestows His bounties on whoever He pleases without stinting. (Quran 2:212)
