Raapheq is variant of Rafeq and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Raapheq or Rafeq, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Raapheq

Raapheq is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “helper”, “compassionate”, “kind” and “friend”. It is derived from the R-F-Q root which is used in a number of places in the Quran. Note that the stress is on the first syllable of the name (the Ra part).

And he who obeys Allah and the Messenger -they shall be with those whom Allah has favoured -the Prophets, those steadfast in truthfulness, the martyrs, and the righteous.” How excellent will they be for companions! (Quran 4:69)
