Meaning of Sabreen
Sabreen is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “patient”, “forbearing”. It is derived from the SAAD-B-R root which is used in many places in the Quran.
Sabreen can be written in two different ways in Arabic, which have different pronunciations, even though they have the same meaning. The first one is صَبْرِيْن, which is pronounced [(SU)m + (B)oy] + [p(R)ay + s(EEN)] with emphasis on the second syllable. The second name is صَابْرِيْن, which is pronounced [(SA)nd + (B)oy] + [p(R)ay + s(EEN)], again with emphasis on the second syllable. You may use either of these pronunciations.

This is a female name, not a male name. If you look at Arabic grammar you will understand. Arabic has gender. Sabr is male but Sabreen is female.
