We haven't come across an Islamic name like Eshika. Some sources say it is an Indian name that means "arrow", "dart", but we cannot verify this. If this is the meaning and if it doesn't have any pagan connotations, then it is acceptable to use it for a Muslim baby.
Nancy is the diminutive form (i.e. loving nickname) for Anne/Ann, which itself is short for the Hebrew name Hannah, which means "God has favored me". Hannah was the name of the mother of Prophet Samuel, whose is not mentioned in the Quran, but who is considered a true prophet of God by the Muslim scholars. Since the name has good origins, it is acceptable to use Nancy, Anne, Ann and Hannah for a Muslim baby.
