Hina is a non-Quranic word that refers to what's known as Henna in English. It is the powder that women use to color their skin and hair orange.
Hayan is another spelling of Hayyan, you can read more about it here: Hayyan
If Hinahayan is considered one word, there is no Arabic or Islamic name like that.
I read on one website that Hinahayaan is a Tagalog word that means "permitting".
