Razaan is an Arabic name that means "well-balanced', "sensible", "respectable", "pious", "virtuous". Arabs use Razaan mostly for girls, for they use it for boys as well, and many cultures commonly use it for boys.
Razaan is not a Quranic name but since it has a good meaning, Muslims can use it. It is written as رَزَان in Arabic and can also be written as Razan, Rezan, Razanne in English. It is pronounced [(RU)] + [(Z)oom + m(AN)] with emphasis on the second syllable.
