Answer
Samavia is the Persian pronunciation of the Arabic word Samawiyyah, which means "heavenly", "from the sky", "from heaven". The Shiite say this is one of the names of Fatima, may Allah be pleased with her, daughter of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, but there are no authentic sources for this, for this reason Sunni (mainstream) Muslims should not consider this a fact.
Since Samavia does not have a bad meaning, Muslims can use it, but we do not recommend it because it has Shiite connections, and because the meaning has connotations of holiness, which is not recommended in baby names.
Samavia is written as سماويه in Persian and سَمَاوِيَّة in Arabic. It is pronounced [(S)weet + r(U)n] + [(MA)n] + [(V)iew + s(EE)] + [(YU)mmy] with emphasis on the third syllable, though you can modify the pronunciation to fit your own liking. Samavia can also be written as Samaviyya, Samaavia, Samaaviyyah, Samaviyeh, Samavieh, Samaavieh in English.
