Taheem in Arabic means "the accused", a person who has been accused of a crime. Tahaym means "good deed". Neither are from the Quran, since the second one's meaning is good, you can use it. As for Taheem, the meaning of "accused" is not a good meaning, for this reason I do not recommend it. But if it has a good meaning in another language then you can use it.
