Ushna doesn't have a meaning in Arabic and there are no words that sound similar to it. It seems to be a Hindi/Urdu word meaning "fragrance of flowers", and the origin seems to be from Sanskrit. It is not an Islamic name as far as a I know, but since the meaning is good you can use it.

Ushna is a persian name. It is a name of a herb that is found in some persian country. I know this because it is my name and it is definitely a muslim name because no non muslim name their girl ushna. And it’s literal meaning is fragrance while other meanings are beautiful princess or beautiful girl.
