Albika seems to be a Chechen name (spelled as Альбика), I cannot find information on its meaning.
Al-Baqee' or al-Baqi' is the name of a graveyard in al-Madinah where many of the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his companions, are buried. Baqee', which is the same word with the "al" removed, is a rare name used by Arabs that means "broad area of land where there are many kinds of trees". You can use al-Baqee' or Baqee' as names with this meaning, but by it you mean the name of the graveyard in al-Madinah, this may not be so good.
