I looked online and it seems to meaning "rain of blessings". In Farsi and maybe Urdu, Aab means water, rish means rain or pouring. It's not an Arabic or Quranic name, but since the meaning is good you may use it.

I am currently living in Iran and there is no such name If we unite aab means water Rish means beard means pani wali darhi, but there is not that word in farsi or urdu used. I only found it in Arabic which means spotted horse and a kind of Iraqi horse i think which is with white body red or black spots or black or red body with white spots. I useed that name after reading the meaning on this website which turned wrong. I still like the name
