    Alaikumassalam wa rahmatullah,

Each name has its own meaning, the combinations do not create new meanings. Please type the names in the search box for their meanings. Intaj means “production”, “productivity”, it is not a Quranic name but Muslims can use it since it doesn’t have a bad meaning.

al-Rayyan bin Sabira al-Hanafiy was a Tabii (one of the Tabiun), who were Muslims who were born after the death of the Prophet (PBUH), but who met and learned from the companions of the Prophet.

The most famous of the Tabi`un are al-Hasan al-Basri and Imam Abu Hanifah.

Inaya, also spelled Inayah, is the original Arabic name.

  • in reply to: Baby Girl name #119475

    Alaikumassalam wa rahmatullah,

It depends on how she pronounces it. If pronounced Raayaa, it is a Persian name: Raya

If she pronounces it as [(RA)ndom] + [(YU)mmy] with emphasis on the first syllable, it becomes an Arabic name meaning “flag”, “banner”.
